Terms of Service

Welcome to MyBridalPlan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyBridalPlan mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by MyBridalPlan AI LLC (“MyBridalPlan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
3. The Service
MyBridalPlan is a wedding planning tool that includes checklists, budget tracking, guest management, vendor tracking, seating charts, and an AI advisor named Vera. We provide the App to help you organize and plan your wedding.
3.1 Vera AI Advisor
Vera provides suggestions, information, and guidance generated by artificial intelligence. Vera’s responses are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not professional advice (financial, legal, or otherwise), and you should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Premium and Elite) with additional features.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Payment is charged to your app store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
- Prices are shown in the App and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the app store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App’s systems, security, or source code.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the App’s operation.
- Use the App to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others.
- Misuse the partner-sharing feature or access data you are not authorized to view.
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or misuse Vera or its underlying AI service.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into the App (“Your Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the App for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for having the right to share any information about third parties (such as guest details) that you enter.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, Vera, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by MyBridalPlan AI LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology except to use the App as intended.
8. Partner Sharing
The App allows you to invite others to view or collaborate on your wedding planning. When you share access, you are responsible for choosing whom to invite and what permission level to grant. People you invite may see the information you share with them. We are not responsible for how invited users handle shared information.
9. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, OneSignal, and others) to function. Your use of the App may also be subject to those parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Vera’s guidance will meet your needs or be accurate. You use the App at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBRIDALPLAN AI LLC AND ITS FOUNDERS, OWNERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyBridalPlan AI LLC and its founders, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, though certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless you and we agree to alternative dispute resolution.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify you where appropriate. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
